Workshops are interactive; using lectures, individual and group exercises, self-assessments, skill assessments, and roles plays which allow participants to practice their new skills using real-life situations.

This series can be adapted to meet the specific needs of groups of individuals in job transition. If the workshops are being presented as part of a corporate outplacement program, the process starts with a needs analysis. The program is then tailored with an understanding of the organization’s and individuals’ needs. A pilot program to management or other leaders involved in the job transition process is recommended to ensure that all the necessary components are in place prior to introducing the program to the workshop participants. Pricing depends on the amount of customization. Travel expenses, the needs analysis and the pilot program are not included in this pricing.

Participants take short self-assessments online before attending the workshops, and detailed reports of the results are generated for their use during and after the sessions.
The DiSC® reports offer personalized feedback that assist the participants in understanding the strengths and challenges of their behavioral style, as well as how and why other people may have different but equally valid preferences.
