Building Series
The purpose of the Team Building Workshop is to provide the
organization with the basic principles of building a team and the day-to-day
techniques of putting them into action.
Applying these techniques and skills will assist them in achieving
better results when interacting with their staff and customers. This is an
8 hour workshop that will be facilitated in two hour modules over a four
week period. The emphasis for all the sessions
will be developing their interpersonal communication skills within a team
environment. The information will be discussed through lecture, individual, and
group exercises. Each session will build
on one another. Time will be allotted
for the participants to practice these skills using real situations.

- Define the elements of an effective team.

effective team meetings.

2: Implementing Effective Communication within the Team
- Understand the basics behind human
behaviors and how it affects team results.
- Discuss the techniques and guidelines for
communicating to get results.
- Review the guidelines for using
constructive feedback to improve/change employee's behavior.

3: Making Decisions and Solving Problems within the Team
- Review the elements of problem solving
while building relationships.

4: Maintaining and Building Relationships within the Team

Establish the standards for a quality
customer service.
- Review the skills for providing good
customer service to customers.
- Discuss the guidelines for implementing the
service standards within all areas of company.
